My first posting.

For those who are interested, I have placed some information about my new model of the universe at my web site. It simplifies the model with only one hypothesis about gravity - consisting of an additonal linear term, A*r, increasing with distance, r, to the gravitational constant, G.

This is not just speculation because it is supported by observations published by others. The value of the constant is shown tobe non-zero when it is evaluated using the flat rotation velocities of spiral galaxies (described by Vera Rubin and others). It also explains the unusual motion of groups of galaxies (asdescribed by Fritz Zwicky). Both of these are explained without the need for dark matter.

Surprisingly it also explains the red shift as being caused by travel distance rather than velocity. Even Hubble expressed his thoughts that the red shift may not be due to velocity. This explains the "tired light" suggested by Zwicky.

My model explains why ther may not be expansion of the universe or a big bank.
