remember Syzygys...that when you do beef up, you got to keep it stable and dont loose that muscle...otherwise all that skin will be loose all over your body

Most, not all , beef er uppers use steroids and human growth drugs to get all that beef. Are you willing to use these chemicals in order to accomplish this unplesant condition of being a "beef jerky"?

Currently, I look like this:

Seriously I have a very high metabolism rate, I can eat anything and stay skinny. But that also goes against bodybuilding, it is very hard to gain muscle and keep it...

Gym rats beware: Heavy lifting may put you at risk of sudden death.
by Joyce Gramza

Scientists are calling for widespread heart screening of people before they begin weight training. That's based on new evidence that lifting more than half your body weight could put you at risk of sudden death.

Yale New Haven Hospital surgeon John Elefteriades and colleagues report in an advance online study in the journal Cardiology that they've documented a link between heavy lifting and torn aortas—the heart's main artery—in young, healthy patients who had previously undiagnosed aneurysms, or enlargement of the aorta.

He was already in one, "The man whose arms exploded", it was very interesting.
At one point it showed you his home video of him removing lots of fluid resulting from steroid usage from his arm with a syringe.
