Really? Now that you mention it, there definitely is a fascination with this chick on this forum. I voted "Because she has breasts."

But really I like her because she's polite for the most part. She's pretty much nice all the damn time, even when talking about things that most people get heated over. She is even-tempered and appears to be a genuinely benign personality.

As for the fascination, there are a bunch of weird things about her that come together to form one huge big mess of weirdness. For example, she's a minority here in that she definitely believes in God. I've seen her and James R. go at it with each other in some Richard Dawkins thread. She does some pretty good tap dancing. She's good at compartmentalizing, which takes substantial dedication and effort. And yeah, the Muslim thing is definitely part of it. Most of us are Westerners who are accustomed to the ways of Christianity and hearing about Jesus and the Bible. But she's different in that respect. And lastly, she's a female, in a site which is mainly comprised of males.

So there you have it. She's a theist in a site that is made of mainly of atheists. She's a Muslim in a site of people used to the antics of Christians. And finally, she's a female. She's a minority in so many damn ways. And the liberals, which comprise this site, naturally eat that kind of shit up.
