Unsubscribe your user ID, your paid subscription, or the flood of email updates regarding topics you've viewed?

In the case of the first two, contact Porfiry.

In the case of the email updates:

    (1) Open your control panel. (Look up where the current page says, "Welcome, paulsamuel" and click your name or right-click and open in a new window.)
    (2) Select "Edit Options"
    (3) In the "Messaging and Notification" section, you should see "Default Thread Subscription Mode" and a drop-down menu. Select "Do not subscribe."

Note: If at first you don't see the menu under "Messages and Notification," look to the right for a plus or minus sign. (+ or -). If you see a (+) to the right of "Messages and Notifications," click it and the menu should open up. If you see a (-) to the right, and you still don't see the Default Thread Subscription Mode, contact Porfiry.
