"Portia labiata" http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Portia_(spider) I didn't even know such a smart spider existed, well till i watched "Spider Power" on National Geo. I knew that Jumpers were smart, but Portia has got to be the smartest. On the show, it showed the ability to act not just by instinct but decision making. It even had its own tactics of taking down a certain species of spider. All this from such a tiny brain!
