This is amazing, I just met a resident parkour athlete last week.

Apparently the sport is supposed to mimic/enhance/represent the natural movements of the human body in the wild.

I've known about for years. Saw it years ago in a internet video before youtube. This sport has the advantage of requiring nothing more then good running shoes, no skates or other equipment, the bad news is you need reform you body into one like a mustang on pogo sticks, but hey you could always play prince of persia or mirrors edge and get the feel of it.
