at a guess i would say its probably a combination of things

1) hes STUPID
2) Biological imperitive to have sex
3) he is probably lonly and your the only person who showed any interest in him
4) you might have been his first (REALLY bad idea no matter which gender is involved, they get very clingy)
5) Your gender DOES have a habit of playing hard to get and then complaining when guys take your word at face value

Lots of people aren't good with hints. Be straight with them, or don't whine about your own social inadaquecies.

most people, if u dont answer calls, or text back they get the hint and just go away... And I doubt I was his first..I do not play hard to get, I normally just dont deal with guys in person at all.. they all want the same thing.

There was a guy who lived down the road from me who I would hang out with from time to time he was interesting and would make all these hinting comments and I started to like him, until I found out that he was also making all these comments to my friend who he had sex with the first chance he got. After finding this out I told him I didn't want to see him anymore and stopped talking to him. It's been 5 months and I still get texts at least once a week asking how I am and that we have to catch up etc.

Guess some guys just don't know what leave me alone means.
