Arab propaganda (v2.0)

There will never be peace in the Middle East because Islamic/Arabic leaders do want it and cannot have it. Israel provides them a valuable scapegoat against their own corrupt regimes, to actually have a peace would mean that attention could be focused internally and that would be bad juju. They learned their lessons well from Hitler and the Nazis, or the Czarist pogroms. Use of deception to deflect internal issues and remain in power, therefore foster hate against those who have done nothing to you.

If by some chance that Israel did fall, do you think it would stop there, no way. They would carry it Europe and the US again. You cannot appease those who seek power, it is equivalent of trying to satisfy a child's tantrum for candy by giving them candy, next time they will seek for more. Spain will soon pay a terrible price for giving into that tantrum for the cowardice and weakness their government and people are showing. I am also certain that it is a harbinger of future US attacks prior to the election, with the thoughts that if they can seriously affect European governments, maybe it will work with the US now. No wonder they hope Kerry will win!

Prudence would then dictate that you not throw rocks at a guy with a tank, not real difficult. Maybe if the Palestinians stayed out of Israel and quit sending homocide bombers to Israel, the Israelis would stay in Israel. Just a thought.

When Palestinians cry out on world stage that they are being prosecuted by Israelies everyone begins to understand that its total bs and they are just lying through their teeth.

Someone blows up your peaceful citizenry and you kill those who propogate, fund, incite, and participate in it. This is totally justified. If a 10 year old takes a rock and smashes it against my head repeatedly I have a natural right to defend myself and kill him. Showing his dead body 1000 times will not make his death wrong no matter how much you wish it to be.

If Palestinian violence was spontaneous murder in a normal and just society, you would be entirely correct. Your attempt to disregard the causation of Israel state oppression since 1948 is dishonest.

btw the palestian arabs started driving israelies into the sea when palestine was left by the UK troops, there was really no other choice then defend urself and push outward. They reaped what they saw.

 

It's not justifying hate to observe that everyone reaps what they sow. Israelis have themselves and their founders to blame for the character of the apartheid state that has resulted.

There is no need or value in polarizing into misleading black and white, by saying that Jews are forced to oppress in order to defend themselves. In a morally flawed world, Israel has conspicuously failed in any legitimate claim to the moral high ground, not to mention any other ground in what's left of Palestinian territories. From here forward, the only possible end to the violence will come when ethnic separatism is repudiated by Israel, the focus of Arab irritation. Israel has no justification to wait for any action or inaction by any other party, before entirely renouncing ethnic segregation and heirarchy. Either you believe that people are entitled to live anywhere regardless of ethnicity or you do not, and the real battle line is drawn there.

It seems that authors of the official Saudi Tourism website stupidly had listed "Jews" instead of "Israelis" under visa restrictions. It's been retracted, but of course the longstanding restrictions on visas to Israelis unfortunately still stand, as well as occasional difficulties for other nationals carrying Israeli visas in their passports. Any tourism at all in contemporary Saudi Arabia is a new concept, and obviously some prejudices have emerged in the clumsy formation of a tourism bureau.
