I need to know how UV radiation varies with:
  1. latitude (on 21 Jun at sea level at midday)
  2. altitude (45N on 21 Jun at midday)
  3. time of day (45N on 21 Jun at sea level)

Are there any formulas or tables online that someone could direct me to? If not UV radiation, total solar radiation would do.
