[size=+2]Mafia - DAY 3 (continuing)[/size] This day feels like it is going on forever. Accusations and speculations are flying among the townspeople. Here's the state of play in Plazmaville right now... The Police Officer has conducted an investigation. The Casino Owner has NOT put anybody under CCTV surveillance for NIGHT 3. It seems the new Doctor is as skilled as the old one. By another miracle of modern surgery, the Mayor was brought back from the brink of death. The Doctor is exhausted following a day of emergency surgery. She thinks to herself "I just can't do this any more. I shoulda stayed a bartender. I think I'll just stick to normal GP work from now on." Unfortunately, the Private Investigator has gone to join the great private investigation agency in the sky. The Doctor could not save the PI - she only had time to save the Mayor. Currently, a lot of townspeople seem to want to arrest the Lawyer (Norsefire). It should be pointed out that the Lawyer CANNOT represent himself (i.e. cannot bail himself out of jail). The Bartender (Enmos) has been seen in his bar chatting to the Police Officer. The Bodyguard (skaught) has been keeping a low profile. The Gun shop owner (Nonsense) has not been sighted by the townspeople today. The Mayor (Asguard) today took a major decision to replace the town's Police Officer, appointing the Village Idiot in his place. Some townspeople have questioned the Mayor's decision to appoint an idiot as Police Officer during this time of troubles, but it seems that many trust the Mayor's judgment in such matters. As for the ex-Police Officer, he took his sacking hard. Had a complete nervous breakdown in fact. Now, he is a gibbering wreck of a man, wandering the town in a semi-coherent state, prone to outbursts of madness. People have taken to calling him the new Village Idiot (unixgeek13). The Entertainer (Challenger78) is sitting back and enjoying his high profile status, confident in the knowledge that no townsperson would dare to suggest arresting him. He spends his time practicing his Elvis impersonations. The Hobo (BlueMoose) is still wandering the town, occasionally hanging out with the Village Idiot or the Gossip. The Gossip has also been rather quiet so far today. ---- It can now be revealed that the Private Investigator (visceral_instinct) was NOT mafia. visceral_instinct is out of the game. There are still 5 mafia in town. 9 townspeople remain alive and kicking. Obviously VI was innocent, I think we're fucked from the beginning cause they have all the good roles.
Cause it didn't make sense for them to kill one of their own this time. They meant to give us this option, more reason to suspect inzomnia, she's the one who brought it up. What I am wondering is who is smart and active enough to be behind their operations, and Challenger is the only person who I can think of.
