I'm sorry: does "head in your ass" constitute fair dialogue?
Well, if you don't expect criticism about anything, or fair skepticism at the very least, why post anything at all? Do you think that everyone should believe you on your own say-so? Can no one else have their own opinion? Shadow, this new perspective really isn't just.

I think he's put a question and answer from some website, but yeah, by the new rules [for Muslims] in sciforums, if you quote it, its the same as if you said it.

Usually no one mistakes you for quoting when you indicate you are doing so, by either (1) using quotation tags or (2) using quotation marks or (3) stating "this is a quotation from..."
Just prefacing a post with "Question of Fatwa" borders on plagiarism and whoever compiled an answer to that question remains uncredited.

Does he? Is he Fatwa? Whoever Fatwa is, they are saying they aren't muslim. Did he also write the answer to the question..?
-

What do you think? Did he ask the question as a non-Muslim and answer it himself as one?
Maybe he has multiple personalities? I mean, anything but the obvious, clearly.
I'm sure we can come up with some extraordinary scenarios if we simply set aside common sense and ignore the fact that he is using a foreign language.
-
01-31-10, 01:50 PM #49Nay, multiple personas perhaps. The alternative is that he copied both the question and answer from somewhere else and didn't properly credit people or even acknowledge that the writing was not his own.Maybe he has multiple personalities?

Imagine that.

Clearly as a Muslim, that is a strict no no. How dare he? Doesn't he know that Muslims never do anything wrong? Even by mistake?
What should we do with him?

Think so? He could just be a 13 year old punk who hasn't learned good "netiquette" and spells badly. I've seen many of the kinds of common spelling mistakes he is making now... mainly from pimply-assed teenaged internet trolls. Looking at his partially concealed and juvenile-looking real life image in his avatar, that doesn't seem unlikely.

Can't blame other people. You didn't mention your source, so people mistaken the text in the OP as yours.
Whenever you copy paste some texts from other source, you can do the following:
1. put the source link and put the copied text inside a QUOTE box, or
2. put the source link and put the copied text inside an INDENT tag.
In example no. 1, you have to type like this:

.
.
When you post that, it will look like this:
So, people wouldn't mistaken the text as your own words.http://www.islamawareness.net/Terrorism/doesquran.html
Question of Fatwa: I hope you scholars will help me get rid of these confusions I have been having since the Sept 11 incident, especially as regards some Qur’anic verses. etc.
For the example no. 2, you just replace the QUOTE in the brackets with INDENT.
Also, do you have no DOT or POINT in your keyboard? Why do you end everything with comma??

01-31-10, 03:26 PM #59As I regularly point out when attacking Islam, no one is suffering under the doctrine of Islam more than Muslims are—particularly Muslim women. Those who object to any attack upon the religion of Islam as “racist” or as a symptom of “Islamophobia” display a nauseating insensitivity to the subjugation of women throughout the Muslim world. At this moment, millions of women and girls have been abandoned to illiteracy, forced marriage, and lives of slavery and abuse under the guise of “multiculturalism” and “religious sensitivity.” This is a crime to which every apologist for Islam is now an accomplice.

History suggests that Islam promotes terrorism. Start from the Muslim Crusades and Arab colonization of Persia. Even to this day many Muslims see this as a glorious validation of their religion. As if it was "God" that supported the Arabs in their terrorism against the Persians.
