Hello world i have read a parapsychology bookhat explains studies were done where a group of people would focus on an indivdual for better or worse and change or elay there destiny has anyone heard of this.

Like 99% of parapsychology the studies done would have been a mix of sloppy technique and wishful thinking with a pinch or two of bias toward the desired outcome. In other words not as reliable or conclusive as the perpetrators would have us believe.
