to add me to your mafia, click the link and add me as a friend, and i'll add you to my mafia (works both ways) add me: http://www.facebook.com/people/Frizzle-Frozzle/535907478 to give this article a little more discussion value, social networking sites host all kinds of games now, the ones i've played involving farming and creating a mob. they're really addictive and enjoyable, mafia wars has over 13 million members, and 4 million plays a day. the enormous flaw with these games, and also the testament to people's devotion to levelling up, is that in order to get beyond the first few days of playing without enormous difficulty, you need to add shitloads of friends. people are spending literally hours, scrolling through lists of links to user profiles, in order to add them as friends then join their gangs. people are spending hours trudging through the web, just to play an online game with zero animations. its a massively multiplayer, pre 1980's dungeons and dragons with cool 2d pictures, (not even gifs). just thought that might surprise/further enhance the disbelief of a few of you.
My bro played that on myspace and had $10,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000 Never seen the appeal though
kinda reminds me of Travian, guys play it on their mobiles in class..(the game is computer based) and the animation is so poor, massively multiplayer too, farming and armies..never got the hang of it either..
