Yeah, I don't know what it is. It's not like a stomach ache or anything. Its literally like I get a bad cold. My fever raises, I get cold sweats, etc. And it lasts for days. Thats why I try to steer clear of vitamins in general. I don't know what causes it, so with all of the crap that comes in vitamins, it would take forever to narrow down what it could be.

be careful of the type of juice though , in Canada I can look on the label on the juice container and find out the sugar content , per/ cupI do drink A LOT of water and juice
for instance my Red Grape Juice , sugars is 41g / cup ( thats high )
and sugars promotes yeast growth > fungus
so what I've done is to dilute the juice to at least half bottled water until I run out of this juice until I run out
then I'll by juice no more
your better off with just eating the fruit its self , the sugars are much less
