    I understand, though, that true tantric practices are more like Buddhist meditation, not magic.

    I am surprised that the magician accepted the challenge without a Plan B like slipping poison into his victim's water or perhaps using a small hypodermic.

    I would be a bit nervous about making such a challenge. Fanatic believers could take some unexpected actions.
