Sock Puppet Game - Round One
How well do you know your fellow posters?
I created a public sock monkey to find out.
One size fits all.
The rules are pretty simple.
You ask questions. I answer them.
The questions should not be direct, obvious ones (such as what is your real username, or where do you live) they should be more about where the person stands, rather than who they are.
What is your stance on Gay Marriage?
Do you believe taxes should pay for a welfare program?
Do you beleive Jesus was a incarnation of God?
Do you like the band TOOL?
I can refuse to answer a queation that will blatantly give my identity away, but I can not lie.
This obviously relies on the honor system.
Speaking of the honor system, admins who can see IP addresses and others with insider information on a user who do not have the werewithal to refrain from cheating, should not play.
When someone guesses correctly I will come out from behind the sock and people should PM the WhoAmI? user and say they want to be next.
I will pick who is next and PM that person with the password for this user.
The next person to wear the sock will change the WhoAmI? user password and start a thread "Sock Puppet Game - Round Two" and we go on from there.
If anyone who abuses this account or uses it for anything but this game, I think it is safe to assume, they will be treated accordingly by the administration.
Don't mess it up for everyone else.
Each Sock Puppet Game round should start with a small bio, or jumping off ground of sorts.
Here is mine:
I am a long time member who has never changed my user ID.
I used to change my Avatar fairly often, but I have had the same one now for several years.
When I first joined I spent most of my time in Physics & Math and the Philosophy Subforums.
Now I spend most of my time in Politics and the Philosophy Subforums.
Let's see how this goes.

This is an interesting game!
Well, I haven't have a clue yet. But seems it's not Syzygys, S.A.M., because Syzygys changes his avatar several time for last one year.
So let's start with those questions, WhoAmI? :-P
One additional question: are you a moderator? :-P

Hehe, I think you got it right, S.A.M.
One_raven joined sciforums in 02-16-03. Out of his 11,500 posts, 371 are posted in Physics & Math subforum. Around 200 of that 371 posts are made in 2003 (his early year). Now he spends most of his time in politic & philosophy subforum.

I had no idea I was that damned obvious.
No one even had to ask me any questions!
Well, unfortunately the password reset utility on the site is giving me problems, so I can't log in as WhoAmI?
As soon as I get that fixed, I will PM the pasword to the next sock.

Its pretty difficult to hide an individual style. Yours was rather obvious, I thought it might be Syzygys pretending to be you [he's devious] because I did not read the hints properly.

Seemed a bit light hearted for you, hence my hesitation. Nice one. It will be fun to see who is next!

I PM'ed James asking him to help me get the pasword reset.
As soon as I get it reset, the game can continue.

I just got the email from my second request.
It looks like it is just taking its time.
Hopefully the third email will come shortly.
