Ok, as for the NDE's themselves, we know something is happening; the two theories are dying brian theory, which is rubbish, and afterlife theory.

I hear being choked can lead to increased sexual arousal and an increase in penis size. It has been observed in men who were hanged. You might gey MORE than you bargained for, haha
