I have a question about an image (also seen in an image of Krisna), where three-headed Brahma is seen holding four objects, one in each of his four hands.

They appear to be a sceptre, a lotus, a gold ring (around one finger in the Krisna image), and a conch shell.

I think the conch is meant to represent the sound of Brahma, and the golden ring is light. What does the lotus or sceptre signify, though?

    What's your take?

The lotus probably signifies peace and maybe death and/or sleep or other related states of rest. The scepter is probably authority. However, I really don't know.
