So assuming some kind of rule of law is eventually going to be forced upon us in the US, is the proper venue the US court system, the World Court at the Hague, the Iraq or Afghan systems, or what ?

i would have thought that the various medical boards would have started the ball running by deregistering members who have been complicate or (even worse) directly involved in these actions against there oath to "above all, do no harm"

There is some hope that the surpream court will actually take a stand. Unfortuantly i cant see the ICC dealing with it because the US has forced through so many imunity treaties (sickning isnt it)

So i guess you have to look to your own courts to save your countries sole, it would be nice if it came from the legislitive branch though i doubt they have that much courage

Usually when one person "forgets" other will remember so that they will have the better knowledge about what happened. If I don't recall hitting someone but two others that were hit do, then their testimony would be taken as more of an understanding as to what actually did happen and therefor should be held to a much higher degree of the truth than someone who didn't remember at all.
