I usually dress in black or blue shirt and black combats or black jeans but sometimes I wear other stuff. I am quite attached to my tartan bondage pants but not always appropriate obviously (like funerals).

Black jeans, black t, black boots.
Leather bike jacket unless doing something/ feeling "posh" then it's a black Armani jacket.
Sometimes I go wild and wear a white shirt instead of the T.
Oh, and sunglasses.
All the time.

I'm currently wearing black Criminal Damage combat pants, a neon blue vest with a black mesh top over it, black DCs, a silver spiked necklace, a sunwheel symbol on a chain, a hematite bracelet, and an assortment of rings, including over covered in spikes. Go ahead, stereotype me.

one of my biggest pet peeves is when someone tries to tell you how you should dress or look.

I don't understand why goths get all pissy when you look at them. Are they dressing to be different or not? Don't people look at what's different?

It depends.
For work it always is black suit, white shirt and a tie, except I don't wear a tie sometimes on Fridays.
For leisure time it's whatever I find to my taste and convenient.

Hey Sam, where's the option for "Religious Oppression?" Certainly a large percentage of the population dresses for their cults doctrines.
