    If there's no problem with the air why are there smog alerts, smog conditions are when POLLUTION becomes so bad people die from it.

    Kind of interesting to see how the political agenda there is revealed in the weasel wording and odd intrusions of irrelevancies.

    Very carefully worded document. Apparently those guys don't want to embarrass themselves too much.
