Instruments and Elements
It may just be me, but I've noticed that some instruments lend themselves to diffrent places. For example, the organ seems to be a natural fit for the ocean. at least, in the case of these songs:

It may just be the composing of the songs, but I've noticed that a strong, steady, and repetitive rhythm. For example, the combination of a choir, military march-esque piece for an orchestra with a strong percussion piece, and rock elements, make this a natural fit on a battlefield or the telling of an epic:

Or how the piano seems to fit perfectly with sad songs, which in turn remind of the saddest moments of your life. But a change in tune, key, and rhythm turn this from a piece that nearly makes your cry or fearful, to one that reminds you of the World Wars, and grand vistas of epic battles:

Feel free to post songs that you find that seem to fit this these patterns, or seems to naturally associate that instrument with a particular kind of place or emotion.
But why do instruments seem to fit particular places and emotions? I can't figure out why an organ makes so many people think of the ocean. It might be the tempo that does it, I suppose, with a fast, furious tempo possibly causing one to think of a massive ocean storm with huge waves.
