Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation, or easy depression relief without drugs!
This is an invention I came up with over 20 years ago but no one would help me get it to market. Now someone else has bettered my original idea, which I had patented, and have this available for people that suffer deep depression. As you will see in the clip the machine is small and easy to use. It is going to revolutionize many fields of brain therapy.

New research on patients with moderate-to-severe depression, who had not received adequate benefit from previous antidepressant therapy, demonstrated that NeuroStar TMS (Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation) Therapy significantly improved quality of life and functioning when compared to patients receiving sham (placebo) treatment. The new data were presented today at the American Psychiatric Association's (APA) annual meeting.
"Symptom control is only meaningful in so far as it improves patients' ability to function and enjoy life, which is an essential part of the recovery process," said H. Brent Solvason, MD, Ph.D., Assistant Professor of Psychiatry at Stanford University. Dr. Solvason was a primary investigator in the NeuroStar TMS Therapy(TM) studies and is the lead author of this data report. "Ideally, the combination of both symptomatic and functional improvement should be the goal of treatment."

Go after the company that is using your patent. May be that is how you can make some money....Then you can build an alpha wave generator and sell it...

No they don't when it comes to patent litigation for it sometimes can take many years to get a verdict and the chances of winning are slim when they can prove their patent is improved over what I had designed. I'm just happy to see that it is finally on the market and doing some people some good.

Some forms of TMS are also bring tested by Harvard on stroke patients, apparently with some success.

That also is great news for I thought I'd die before I saw this type of invention actually used. I thought that way because drug manufacturers don't want to lose their hold over the pills that that sell to make them billionaires instead of seeking alternative ways to help those that need treatment. I'm not saying that the drug companies were doing anything wrong because some of their products do work but many don't and that's why I came up with this idea to begin with. To help others that drugs alone cannot help.
