Let's all discuss health issues here, or rather what vitamins, etc. we've taken and which work or don't. I'm dealing with depression alot and often I feel worn out / ill. I was on Zoloft but it didn't help as much as I hoped, however this seems to actually do something. Since I've been on it I have been more relaxed, I feel somewhat calm, and oddly my dreams are vivid and I find I remember them more. sorry to hear that. may be you could put those special bandages tha has glue all over. that should stick. you have to clean and dry the are though.

I try to limit eating red meat to about once a forthnight, I never drink softdrinks, I don't eat candy/chips/cookies. We cook fresh food every day. Been doing that for awhile now and I'm very fit with 7% bodyfat. No supplements, no vitamines, no nada. Hell i don't even exercise regularly. your son needs to change his diet...he needs to eat honey as it heals this sort of stuff. lots of honey and milk.
He drinks lots of milk. I have been so stressed out since last thursday. I sleep horribly and have a headache I can't kick. Now I am just waiting till the doctors office opens at 9am so I can call and hopefully get in to see her today.
