OF COURSE! you take things out of context to form your misled ideas. So I'm using the same text to prove how stupid your statements are.

AND AGAIN YOU AVOIDED WHAT i PREVIOUSLY SAID. TOO BAD. SO SAD.

You're an idiot for ignoring EU being canon. Never sniff wank glue, it's worse than super glue.

In addition, it can select what is allowed to enter the field... this is given in Chapterhouse when Odrade comments on being able to see the ship when it was on standby yet it was undetectable to prescience and sensors. This follows that it can also select what can leave the field... therefore they can fire while having the no-field active...

This mixed with instantaneous travel means that a no-ship can have the drop on anything. Shaped charge atomics can be devastating when the enemy doesn't have their shields up.

Force users wouldn't be able to sense a ship there as it would be protected from prescient activity.

The only hitch could be ST's transphasic torpedoes. When they phase out, where do they go? Could they be rigged to enter null-space? The problem is that neither ST nor SW has shown the ability to sense null-space. (voyager accidentally entered a region once that is similar, if i recall correctly.)
Same idea behind the Star Trek Phase Cloak - they are in between dimensions/universes/realities/whateveryouwanttocallthem. In the end, they're not affected by things in realspace, nor are they detectable via EM, Visible, Gravimetric, Magnometric, or any other known sensor system.

    A) Data is FULLY functional... to the point that he has had sex. Don't think any of your HRD's can claim that.

    B) Not one source there is high cannon. However, in the movies, it is stated that R2D2 is one of the most advanced astro droids seen (as far as a personality) and that C3P0 is a highly advanced protocol droid. If they are what the movies consider advanced... good grief charlie brown.

Sure do - to the point they are able to withstand the combined firepower of entire fleets, fly through gravimetric sheers that would snap other ships in half, and can regenerate from nearly any damage to their ships.

Of course the Tommy Gun fucked the borg:

    A) They didn't have shields designed to protect from Kinetic Energy weapons (why would they... Projectile Weapons are all but obsolete)

    B) They didn't have any time to adapt

    C) those bullets weren't even REAL - they were holographic, though with the safeties disengaged

    So, STFU noob.

Yes, fanboy is sad... at least, you seem very sad to me. Sad, pathetic, and grasping at straws (and strawman, appeal to ignorance, and other basic fallacies that anyone with even the most remote semblance of logic could tell was bullshit)

Sadly for you, where the EU contradicts the Movies, the movies win. And according to Lucas himself, SW ends with the final movie. ENDS. END OF STORY.

He said it, thus it is so.

Oh, he also tried saying that the superlaser is 20-something gigatons.

Is this what you use as a source?
Where, pray tell, did he do any of this? I, too, have seen Wong's claims of this, yet, strangely, no proof.

Yet, Lucas also said, and I quote:

"For all I know, he slipped and fell in the shower, though he would never admit it"

    So... yeah.

Actually, Trek does have a lot of realistic science... hell, even their propulsion system is theoretically possible (Albecurie Drive for one)... PHASERs originally stood for PHoton mASER, since when ST was first conceived, Lasers were rather low power and not well known. However, they changed it to the backronym PHASed Energy Rectification after the third season of TOS. Photon Masers are quite common...

    Deuterium = Real
    Anti-Matter = Real
    Warp Drive = Possible
    M/AM Reactor = Possible
    Mass Lightening Field = Possible
    EM Force Shields = Real
    Gravimetric/Magnometric sensors = Real
    Transporters = Possible
    Cloaking Devices = Possible
Tritanium Alloy = Real (though not yet able to be made)
Crystalline Life Form = Real (silicone life form IRL)

    the list goes on...

In fact, the few things from Trek that are NOT possible:
Dilithium Crystals - don't exist (as far as we know)
Subspace Coms/Sensors - don't exist (with current tech)

    However, look at SW:
    Hyperspace - Impossible
    Hypermatter - Impossible
    SuperLasers - Impossible
    Neutronium - Doesn't Exist
The Force - Do I need to say it?
Ion Drives (they way they are depicted in SW) - Impossible
    Ray/particle Shields - Impractical

and the list goes on... in fact, the few things in SW that are possible include Protocol Droids, AI, and the government systems... lol... not very promising.

This is a common fallacy when debating - it's called IRRELEVANT EVIDENCE fallacy.

    However, look at SW:
    Hyperspace - Multiverse
    Hypermatter -Multiverse
    SuperLasers - Who says?
    Neutronium - Who says?
    The Force - Not science
    Ion Drives Multiverse
    Ray/particle Shields - How so?
    Watch this

I thought both of your excuses were it wasn't canon at all xD
