I don't know if the entire ST universe could beat the entire SW universe, but although I like ST slightly more, it would probably be tough for them.

I think the ST universe would at least challenge the SW universe. The Voth capital ships can hang with any Star Destroyers in size, power, and technology - they brought Voyager inside one. The Hirogen, Species 8472, and The Founders would cause a few problems for the Jedi and Sith. I think in terms of pure numbers, ST and SW are a lot closer than people think. The Feds were able to beat the Borg because in the end, the Feds were more adaptable and flexible. (That was why the Borg were such a cool enemy. Before the Borg came along, adaptability was the Federation's motto, then the Borg challenged them on it.)
