USS Enterprise-B moves in on it Eclipse.
Imperial Officer: "Target ship is moving in now."
Imperial Captain: "Good, our first catch of the day."
Meanwhile on my bridge...
Tactical Officer: "Sir we are within optimal weapon range as you requested."
Me: "Arm quantum torpdoes, target their vulnrable sheild generators!"

Operations Officer: "Their "sheilds" are down!"
Me: "Again! This time on their bridge!"
Eclipse is history!Last edited by USS Athens; 10-25-07 at 01:42 PM.

Also, 8 Bioships can destroy a planet, and Species 8472 has thousands of Bioships..
And the Tactical officer would say: Records from 2007 on the "internet" indicate that this ship was over a hundred times as powerful as it really is!Er... you lost me mate *tilts*
And I like your scenario... though more than likely the first volley of torps would destroy the entire ship by accident XD
I loved that scene
I said to DISABLE them.
I'm... sorry sir. I did not realize their defenses were so weak.

This is funny. (Admiral Connery?)
Sean: My name is Shean Connery, here, shit down.
Other guy: You want me to shit down?
Sean: Yesh, or I'll kick you in the ash!

Hells yeah, though since they have their own universe to spawn, I'd think their would be at least a million of those...
What are you refering to?And the Tactical officer would say: Records from 2007 on the "internet" indicate that this ship was over a hundred times as powerful as it really is!

Oh, I don't think the entire ship would have been destroyed like that. That's there has got more mass than a Borg Cube, and a couple of Quantum torpedoes aren't going to destroy that just like that. And I do believe now that SW has sheilds, shields with the controling circetry outside the hull (via spheres on bridge tower).
And shields that allow 100% of the solid objects to get through, and would allow 90%+ of all incoming fire get through. So, I'd just target key areas with the best weaponry available.

I say none of them. Bring in the Bolo universe with the naval 200 Centimeter Hellbore Plasma cannons.
Armament on the Mk. 33 consists of:
12 Point Defense Lasers: 25 megajoules each (about 5 times a modern tank gun)
Unknown number of AP Railguns: Shotgun out 500 depleted uranium slivers each moving at 3 kilometers/sec.
10 40cm breech-loading mortars: And the Bolo's extremely accurate.. best of all they can carry tac-nukes (10 kiloton yield). For reference each of those mortars is about the same caliber as a modern 16 inch gun.
4 240 cm. Howitzers: HUGE freakin artillery pieces with a rate of fire of 2 rounds/sec.
Heavy VLS System: Over 1000 missiles capable of carrying a variety of warheads from Anti-matter HEAT, to Fuel-air, to multi-megaton nuclear explosives. They can also carry a planet killer but the place was supposed to be habitable when this was over.
16 30cm. Hellbore Infinite Repeaters: 400 kilotons/sec. Hellbores are basically c-fractional (.6c) plasma cannons.
3 200cm. Hellbores: The main guns. 5 megatons/sec output.
In addition the Mk. 33 Bolo has energy shielding (capable of withstanding an 8 megaton surge when it IIRC 28% efficiency), heavy armor, and is just friggin huge (120 meters long, 38 wide, 30 tall). The Mk. 33 has a road speed of 110 kph and a contra-grav sprint speed of 500 kph.
In addition it carries 8 remote-controlled Dragon Hovertanks, each moving at 200 kph and packing a 60 cm. hellbore.
It would be a hard bet between Bolos and the Warhammer 40k universe with the massive forces of the Human Imperium and the Tyranids.

Warhammer would get stomped by Star Trek...
3km/s speeds are nothing compared to .999c/s speed

I have a problem with the Eclipse...If it can house 6 Sovereign class vessels or 4 Imperial Stardestroyers...how is it possible for it to house millions of soldiers, if 6 Sovvys can hold approximately 5,100 ppl? One million soldiers = 1169 Sovvys or 779 ISDs.
Is that a realistic figure or more Warsie "I can beat Trek" "canon" stats?

Well Haloguy posted it earlier. Hull to hull it appears to be able to hold many more than 4 ISDs? I imagine what Halo meant to say that the shuttlebay can hold 4 ISDs. Be that as it may, one million crew complement still equates to 1169 Sovvys. And that's just one million.
Now, the "millions of soldiers" haloguy claimed...where would they fit? How many hundred thousand living quarters would there be? How about just bathrooms, if the Eclipse class is just for planetary deployment? Where would the "millions of soldiers" weapons be stored? For that matter, where's the space for ship's systems?
Millions of people are a lot Warsies...come now...
