Xeelee beat humans MAGNITUDES above 31st century Feds. If they took a civilization that created multi lightyear ringworlds and modified their citizens to be able to live in the cores of neutron stars, with the ability to have trench warfare in the galactic core, then... poor 31st century Feds...

Proof that Monads are above Q? In any form?

I mean, considering that when Riker was given the powers of a Q, he was able to simply will back to life two of his shipmates after they were dead, DED, TPK, dead... not to mention other strange and unusual things.
