Three young boys charged with rape

I see three possibilities since there's a lack of any evidence.

1) The boys are little monsters and did in fact rape the girl.

2) They were playing doctor and it went to far and became rape.

3) The girl wanted to fool around but didn't want to get in trouble and lied about what happened.

Edit: 4)Or its just a false accusation and nothing happened.

Thoughts?

Well, if the authorities have enough evidence to arrest them and hold them, then I have to think that the little bastards did it.

But still, I'm one of those silly fools who believes that people are guilty until proven innocent in a rigged, bleeding-heart, liberal, doo-gooder court trial.

In a case like this they'd be held anyway despite if there's any evidence or not.

This is one of those the devil is in the details kind of stories.

Huh? The cops can't even arrest someone without enough evidence to charge them with a crime! Where the hell have you been living ...in a cave?
