    In Indonesia, officially it is 2 days holiday, but all goverment office "unofficially"
    closed for nearly a week. It takes long time to visit family in other islands etc.

    Yep, I'm sure. Americans are Americans first and foremost. Muslims are Muslims first and foremost. Muslims don't want to be Americans, they want America to become one more of their conquests, turning everyone into a Muslim.
