Yeah I've been working them 2-3x's a week training them appropriately (the gastrocnemius with heavy weights + low reps on standing calf raises, soleus on seated calf raises with low weights + high reps + high sets as well as dumbbell toe raises for my tibialis anterior).

Seeing as you're a cyclist (although more of a bmx'er), are your calves jacked at all?
Mine are just too small.

Charlize isn't.
