I submitt my egg mcmuffin sandwich which was learned in homec class in high school.

    2 Eggs
    1 tablespoon
    cup to mix them in
    muffins or bagles

First you are gonna break the eggs open and put'm into a cup, then you are gonna put 2 tablespoons of water in with them, mix that up good with the spoon then set aside.

Coat a pan with oil of some kind (not automotive) and then proceed to put the eggs from their cup into the pan. Cook until they're done over medium or low flame.

When complete put yummy things on then fold'm over, put atop bagle, presto!

    Yum yum!!

Cheap noodles can form the base of an interesting meal. You can find them in the main supermarkets in the UK for £0.08 a packet. I've heard one of the supermarkets does them for three pence a packet (maybe Somerfields).

You can keep the sachet of flavouring or use it in your concoction.

I like to add some chopped vegetables and throw them in the pot, with the noodles, towards the end. Just to heat them up and soften them a little. You can chuck anything you want in there and it's usually edible, so give it a bash.

I added fruit once, which was quite interesting.
