You appear to be under the mistaken impression that we moderators are elected representatives when in reality we are unpaid janitors. Most of our moderation is based on time to spare or reported posts. And we are not exempt from bias either and do and will make several mistakes. You can complain and the admin will look at your complaints. However, no one is forcing you to post here or read the posts of others or respond to them. And until you learn to address the issue rather than the person, I wouldn't whine too much about trolling and flaming.
