Hi can someone please tell me about, 1) the strength and weakness of the test cross of Attatched-X Drosophila Melanogaster. Eg. essaying x-chromosome in attached x. 2) methods and postulation of detecting a mutation on chromosome 2, 3 and 4. as there is an equal chance of 25% the mutation hitting all 4 chromosomes.
