Can I Live On Milk Alone?
Provide for me scientific reasons why surviving on milk as the only food source is impossible. Give specific examples where people attempted to only eat / drink milk but failed. Also tell me what you believe and why.

I gotta say...it tasted tardy...but I am a guy who will give anything for being healthy...
I mean I have this like goal
so I need to stay alive for a loooooong time to achieve it, and even if food tastes like crap but is really healthy...works with me because inside myself I feel like I am doing the right thing.
Try it.
Ensofimil...or something like that its called...is like 40$....mix it with yogurt and fat-free milk, and eat it every day for two weeks. See what happens. It worked for me, I feel more healthy

You should consider doing what Bruce Lee did, he would mix half & half with his protein drinks and stuff so he would gain more muscle.

There are none. Why would you want to live that long anyways, it would majorly suck with the way healthcare and the rest of this nation are developing. No thanks! I'd rather live for like 4-5 more years (I'm 26) then keel over from health issues I never knew existed, that's far better than living a slave to corporate greed and ignorance, along with the madness of humanity...
Also Bruce was unfortunately a druggie, he should really have been more reasonable and stuff, but ehh..

liquids have smaller units of energy per unit, and milk is more protein that carb, but as long as you are not doing any real vigorous activity you should be fine in that department. You can survive on milk alone for a few months but vitamin deficiency will eventually kick in and you will fall sick, unless the milk is packed with multi vitamins, which is unusual. Milk is also a weak acid, and over time will affect your body's pH too.

you will also need minerals and salts. Otherwise you should be fine for a couple of years.

I think you end up with scurvy due to no ascorbic acid, obtainable from citrus fruits. You might become iron deficient. Whenever you perspire, you lose a bit of salt, which will become a problem.
The above is from some general knowledge. I am not close to being an expert on nutritional requirements. I am sure that others could come up with a lot more mineral & vitamin deficiencies resulting from a milk diet.
Scurvy might be the first major problem. Hundreds of years ago, sailors came down with it on voyages of 2-4 months.
