they won't listen unless you can actually do what you are wanting funding for. Why do they think a 15 year old could buld a wmd, when you tell them you are trying to make ftl (faster than light) travel possable and are taking precautions and asking questions like "where can I get heat shilding like on the space shuttle"? who knows how hot a space ship going at warp 2+ could be. every one knows that if a warp ship were built everyone including our enemies would want one, so what is wrong with asking in on a TOP SECRET goverment project to build a light bending metal? It makes it look like the goverment wants us to be atacked. And all that because there isn't a device that can AcTuAlLy SLOW DOWN time, when that is why I partally want the $$.
