Combination of Utilities for generating power

Solar Chimney in Australia is an excellent example of combination of Solar and Wind power.

On similar concept is it possible to combine wind, solar and Hydro power so that overall cost is less and efficiency can be improved?

Probably wind ,power and wave power can be combined.

Good brain storming is necessary.
