Just print the stuff off and hand it to them. It's not that difficult, is it?
Even if it's awful (which I'm sure it isn't) they'll be kind about it.
outlandish, you lecherous freak, leave the young ladies alone

If you're serious about writing then somewhere along the way in your life you should have had a teacher, or at least someone who mentored you. Did you get comments back on your writing assignments in school? Did you work on the school paper? Did you write campaign posters for student elections? Do people comment on the letters you write to them? Do you write letters to the editor and do they occasionally get printed?
No matter how much talent you have you still need a lot of practice before you're a good writer. And if you have the spirit to be a writer, you must have written a lot of stuff before now, even if it was just reports and letters and BBS postings.
I don't recognize your handle or I'd comment on the quality of your writing on SciForums.
You have to reach a point in your life where the passion that motivates you to be a writer (or singer, athlete, pianist, photographer, debater, etc.) overwhelms your fear of criticism and rejection. That's what separates those who do from those who dream. So the only way for you to overcome this is to look at yourself in the mirror and tell yourself that you're going to let someone read what you wrote because it's important to you and you're willing to endure the risk. It's a discipline thing, like giving up smoking cigarettes or inviting strangers into your bedroom.
I've mentored a lot of writers. If you want to PM a page of your work to me I'll be happy to give it an appraisal.

Know how and where to begin your story, and how and where to finish it, then fill in the rest.
And if you'll use endnotes, write them down as you write the text, so you don't have to go hunting for them later.

It's difficult to choose the words and ideas you want to use if you don't know where the thing is going.

haha yea u start off with an idea that sounds good....and by the time you've completed it the plot has changed ENTIRELY!!!! but admittedly the starting concept remains practically the same
