See http://www.ufocasebook.com/Manhattan.html If these things are true, I would be more inclined to believe it's our own government that simply kidnapps people and use them as guiny pigs in various medical research, biological/chemical weapons, psyciatric experiments etc. I don't believe ETs would care to be as secretive as many believe: rather they would freely do to us what we humans freely do to mice in medical experiments without worrying about humans witnessing anything. We don't make deals with the alpha males of chimps when experimenting with them, so why would ETs make secret deals with our government elites? They would simply see our elites as inferior organisms with no rights, like we do to chimps.
