Eat healthy... take vtiamins as a SUPPLEMENT. They are not a replacement for a balanced diet.

Once a day with breakfast. Better to have something than nothing.

I take them. And I know I'm doing wrong, because my diet is... incomplete.
I don't eat meat (birds, fish, etc) and mushrooms.
I have no idea what are good vitamin replacements for meat and I'm a bit too lazy to research that, thus I'm introducing artificial stuff into my system.

    p.s. soy food sucks!

You are probably lacking COMPLETE proteins and/or creatine.

Creatine deficiency is commonly found among those that don't eat meat.

As a supplement to my balanced diet, I take daily:
    lipotropic factors for cholesterol
    B complex
    2000mg C
    calcium
    magnesium
    A
    4 fish oil caps
    gingko biloba
    aspirin

There's no way to know for certain that they're doing me good, but only time and lack of sickness will tell.
