Also, my IQ has been tested with various results ranging from "gifted" to "genius", I know it is 50 points higher than a large mass of uneducated whites.
My brother was tested as highly gifted as a teenager, but then went on to drop out of high school, take (a lot of) drugs, join the army, and forego college. Our genetics regarding intelligence are probably exactly the same, yet if he and I take the same test now, his score will be lower - this is obvious.

Anyone who thinks the right to vote was given in the eighties (along with free pink leg-warmers) is a dumb-ass.
