just go to where it says direct link to image(imageshack)> http://me.jpg double click to make blue>rt. click to copy>

go to sciforums>make new post>advanced> past into text box>dbl newly pasted txt to highlight>click on img icon to wrap text in tags.

yeah that will do the trick but to get it to diplay on forum all you do is enclose that text in IMG [IMG]me(full pathe here)[/IMG]tags

When you do a new post click on the icon fourth from the right - it's the one that adds the IMG tags. And then put the URL inbetween the two tags.
