Anybody around here watch BattleStar Galactica?

If you do, what'd you think of the season finale? Could you believe Adama actually forced the president to turn over the presidency to Baltar for the sake of democracy? This from the same guy who previously threw the president in the brig?

And then, if you accept that Adama would do that, would he actually allow not just the civilians, but the vast majority of his military officers to desert to the point that he can't even keep the lights on in the Galactica?

And what about the nuke? It is somehow stolen from Baltar's lab, no questions asked of the president elect?

I could go on, but, what do you think?

Yup, i have followed the series. I must say it have become my favorite series in this genre.
I agree with you about the nuke, it's kinda strange no questions were asked, the rest seem fairly ok to me.
Somehow i belive the next season will be in space again :P, and i cant wait for next season.

It's definately a good show, I just found the finale to be out of keeping with the previous actions of the characters, especially Adama.

It is an Excellent show.

By the by, you guys must have missed a show: it was Baltar who gave them the nuke.

We know that. The point was that Adama did not know that, and acted as though it wasn't even a possibility. A nuke goes off, no investigation. Not even of the guy the previous president said was working with the cylons who never really explained very well why he needed the nuke in the first place.

I don't think it'll happen anyway. And even though Adama don't like her, she will still be president. And for Baltar it seems that he will be a double-crosser if he will be president.
