    Um... inhaling the fumes from almost any form of combustion is going to clog up the passageways of your lungs and reduce lung capacity. Probably also increase your risk of cancer.

    Apparently the red/aztec indians (can't remember which indians) used to smoke cocoa (chocolate) leaves.

    MMMM.... smoking chocolate.....

    That's coca, different thing, and they would chew it with lime (the mineral). There's no nicotine in coffee.
