Pat Robertson Warns Pa. Town of Disaster

VIRGINIA BEACH, Va. (AP) - Religious broadcaster Pat Robertson warned residents of a rural Pennsylvania town Thursday not to be surprised if disaster strikes there because ``you just voted God out of your city'' by ousting school board members who favored teaching ``intelligent design.''

``I'd like to say to the good citizens of Dover: if there is a disaster in your area, don't turn to God, you just rejected Him from your city,'' Robertson said Thursday on the Christian Broadcasting Network's ``The 700 Club.''

It's a shame there isn't a hell, otherwise this guy would surely have a one way ticket!

Why? Please explain. All I see is that he's expressing his opinion ...has that now become a capital offense in the USA?

I wasn't stating he should go to hell, I just think it would be poetic justice if after assuming others going to hell for 'poking God in the eye' that he ended up going to hell for trashing God's name

Pat should go to hell because he let the cat out of the bag.

The creationists have lost in court many times because they were trying to put religious views into science classes.

They came up with the Intelligent Design concept, being very careful to call it a scientific theory and they avoided saying that the ID was god.

Pat make it very obvious that the ID is god, cutting the heart out of their strategy.

God should assign Pat to some remote post where he will not similarly interfere with pther well designed ploys. Venezuela is a possibility.
