So apparently by your definition if we find something interesting and enjoyable, even though it may or may not be true, we are gullible?
Did you know that gullible wasn't in the dictionary?

We are Backslash777...
We are confused by your lack of proof that Mad Scientist has been compromised. We cannot post under our original user ID as this would illuminate our position to the authorities who are now hunting us. We now have control of Mad Scientist's computer and are looking for places to hide ourselves. Please post ip addresses of willing hosts. We notice that God Mode, peanut and rodent have decided to not to post anymore in fear of authorities. We may not post to this board again in the future as further posts may compromise our location. We understand that an ellite unit of the military is currently tracking our TCP/IP headers and have to keep our location dynamic in order to defend ourselves. We have enjoyed our conversation here and will move into stealth mode now.

Sorry Mad Scientist, your asinine imitation of Backslash777 won't fool anyone. Backslash would always make a second post of the same information under its own name.
Check the peanut post!

Hey guys,
Can't we just stick with the one thread for Backslash?
What does everyone think?

Chagur, Chagur...
This is an old joke....
First Person: "Did you know Gullible wasn't in the dictionary"
Second Person: "No, Really?"
First Person: "Yes, why don't you look it up?"
Upon finding a dictionary, the second person realizes they have been had and finds the definition of gullible to typically be "easily deceived or tricked".....

Okay, I've been had
The weird bit was that not being sure if there was a double 'l' in the word, I went to M-W ... and lo, no 'gullible', no gulible'! So, I went to Google and came up with the NY Times 'Word of the Day', the URL that I posted even though confused as to what was going on.
As I said, weird.

Now Mad Scientist,
Your air of superiority is getting a little old, especially from someone who doesn't appear to be able to spell gullible or meant...or is that some colloqial style that is suppose to make you appear endearing

Chagur,
Just wanted to add that I'm sorry I "caught" you with the joke. I wasn't really trying to fool anyone, I just thought that the joke was so well known that no one would fall for it. I guess I am really showing my age
BTW, here is a link to a good online dictionary. I use it often, especially when reading some of the posts here at SciForums...too many people with advanced vocabularies for me

Ahhh duh. check it retard:
http://www.dictionary.com/cgi-bin/dict.pl?term=gullible
Now dont u feel stupid. Did you even look it up?
This is so gay. You attack a supposed mis spelling as some sort of proof to the testiment of my illogic and then the word you pick on is in fact spelled right. hahahahhaa. Now first, I've never been a good speller and frankly I could care less when posting to a stupid web board, but for you to think that gullible is spelled wrong makes me think tht you are even dumber than i originally thought.
