[The Flemster]

The Flemster sat in the back of the SkyCab with Dave squashed in next to him. The cab trundled above the city at two hundred feet, dodging cables and rooftops, as it made its way back towards the palace. The Flemster was wracked with disappointment at their lack of action in town. The whole city seemed to be populated with pussies and wimps. The five people he DID hit for no reason simply appologised and scurried away. Even when Dave trashed the police cruiser, killing one of the men inside, nothing happened. The surviving officer simply wrote The Flemster a ticket for having an out of control droid and carried on with his patrol on foot. The Flemster had obviously thrown the ticket away, not caring nor accepting the authority of the law in this place. He'd even smashed a jewellers shop window when he saw the guy inside making obscene gestures at him. It turned out it was his own refelction but, being made of stern stuff, he refused to appologise or pay for the damages. The owner was distraught but a quick backhander across the old man's face from Dave seemed to sort him out. And break his jaw, knock him unconcious and spatter the pavement with blood.
Now, as the cab descened towards the parking lot at the palace gates, The Flemster could see his rental ship bathed in floodlights, still squatting on the ornamental lawns. It looked quite nice from a distance but he knew that, up close, it was just a Ford and nothing special really.
The cab landed and the grubby driver turned in his seat and pointed to the metre readout as Dave climbed out.
"That'll be four hundred and twenty credits." he said in a gruff voice.
"Go fuck yourself. Here's a fifty." The Flemster replied, tossing a single note through the partition and climbing out himself.
He saw the cabbie start to get out and protest but, when Dave shoved him back in his cab, he thought better of it. The cab rose into the night sky and chugged away, leaving The Flemster and Dave at the entrance to the grand palace. The gurads on duty eyed each other nervously. Word had spread amongst the staff about the Grand Admiral and his psychotic robot sidekick and they were all very wary of him. They knew that he was virtually untouchable, legally at least, and certainly couldn't be bested in combat. His reputation stretched even further than he himself realised.
The Flemster strode past the gurads towards the open gates.
"Evening gaylords." he said to the two men stationed in the small booth next to the opulent gates.
The Flemster and Dave strode up the sloping driveway, past the Prolapse, and towards the palace entrance. The security team moved out of his way in a subtle fashion, keeping their eyes on him at all times.
He didn't care what they did though. He knew he could take them all out before they got their weapons into a firing position.
The Grand Admiral and his robot burst through the main doors and into the lobby. The bar was closed and sealed with crime scene tape, which momentarilly interested him. Then a footman appeard in front of him, acting very nervously.
"E-excuse me, s-s-sir?" the young man stammered.
The Flemster stepped right up to the fellow, standing almost nose to nose with him.
"You see these?" he said, pointing to his rank insignia, "These tell ignorant shit smears like you that I am a grand admiral. You are to adress me as grand admiral, not fucking sir. Do you understand?"
The young man visibly shook. "Y-y-yes si- I mean Gra-"
"What do you want?" The Flemster shouted at him.
"Si-um, Grand A-admiral, the other officers are on the rear lawns sir, i-i-if you want to join them...?"
"What the fuck are they doing out there?" The Flemster barked.
"W-w-well, sir-er, I mean Grand Admiral, they are celebrating Commodore Omega's marriage to-"
"WHAT?" The Flemster interrupted, "That tit went and ruined a perfectly good life by marrying some tart? Dave, with me!"
The Flemster shoved past the footman, who lost his balance and fell into Dave. Dave swatted him aside and sent him crashing into the wall.
The man and his droid strode across the large reception hall and through some wooden double doors that led into another reception room. The two spacefarers crossed the room at an important speed and crashed through another set of doors. These led into yet another bloody reception room. This one had quite a few people gathered at the other end. They seemed to be milling in and out of some huge patio doors that looked as if they led out onto the rear lawns.
The Flemster, with Dave close behind, began barging through the crowd.
"'Scuse me... move it... get outta my way, fucknuts... nice jugs luv..." he said to random guests as he shoved his way past.
Eventually, the pair made it out onto the marble patio that overlooked the lawns. The Flemster snatched a drink off a passing waiter and scanned the sea of faces until he spotted a group of men and a woman off to one side on the grass, apparantly talking.
He bounded down the steps and started across the lawn, ignoring the stares of the people around him.
"Oi! Omega! You silly daft bastard! Fancy getting married! Is this her? Didn't I meet her earlier in the bar? I never forget a nice set of tits!"

OOG: Due to the real-world time differences, I think a line-for-line coversation will be difficult, so just give it a go and I'll have to catch up when I can. Maybe introduce me to the rest of these guys, cos I'm getting a bit confused as to who's who and who's where!
Also, I agree with one of the OOG posts from earlier--this IS starting to sound like a dull Manga romance story. All it needs is a shitty 80s soft rock song and it's complete! Let's get into some peril soon otherwise I might have to jump The Flemster back over to Zombie Pandemic. Or maybe I'll go and shake thing up at the new thread...!

OOC: I'm thinking of a combination of some themes between battlestar galactica and lost. Im thinking that we have to evacuate earth to another planet relatively uninhabited, the infinite angel will help out with that as an armored transport and escort to the evacuation ships. That will be the battlestar galactica influence. Except it will not be a multi year quest for some fantasy planet (unless that's what we all want). And when we do get to the planet that will be the influence of lost for creating a new massive capitol for the people of earth. This will also unite all the nations. And while the evacuation is under way I guess you all will have the job of buying us some time. How's that for shaking up the story?

Shogun went to the prison block, the guards saluted him as he entered, he returned the salute and went to the prison cell where the prisoner is held, Shogun then ordered,
"Bring him to the interrogation room,"

"Yes sir," The guards then brought him to interrogation room 3. Shogun sat there at the interrogation table, turn on his Geass ( looks like the eye in my avatar ). He stared at the prisoner trying to analyze his memory. It appears that he is an Imperial Black Hole Intelligence Officer, not a sleeper agent, he would be very valuable.

"Azion Lune, Imperial Black Hole Intelligence 1st Lieutenant," Shogun said, trying to provoke him into thinking about his mission so he could obtain the information using his Geass. The agent is not taking the bait yet. The agent then said,

"Correct, and what about it,"

Shogun then said into his comm, quietly but loud enough for the agent to hear, "Bring me Grand Admiral Thompson's files immediately," while keeping his Geass trained on the agent, so he could read what the agent is thinking. Thompson appears to be the top-ranking sleeper agent of the Imperial Black Hole Intelligence. A guard came in with the files. Shogun then read the entire document to the agent, Thompson's entire life, even his elementary school grades, trying to provoke a thought as to how Thompson became their sleeper agent. His Geass picked up a reaction as soon as he got to the section about Thompson's first mission as a Captain. Thompson was an arrogant officer according to the files, and he wanted much more then to be a Captain in the navy, Black Hole Intelligence have been looking at the files of all the recruits into the United Earth Space Fleet trying to find the potential sleeper agents. Thompson came on their radar after his diplomatic mission to the Black Hole home world, he was offered the rank of a Marquis and command of the Black Hole Strike Force in return for his service, he took the bait and became an spy for Black Hole Intelligence, waiting for the right moment to strike. He betrayed the Fleet, he betrayed his oath, and he betrayed humanity. Shogun then showed the agent Thompson's assassination list, he got a reaction from the agent, there was more targets then the ones listed, he picked five from the agent's mind, Chief of State of Earth Alliance, Head of the Defense Council, Head of Foreign Affairs, Chancellor of Earth Alliance, Head of Intelligence, and the Chief of Colonization. He doesn't believe that is the whole list. He whispered a message over his comm to ESSCPA Intelligence,
"I want a list of government employees that have gone missing or dead in the last month right now," he then connected his commlink to the computer, and the names started appearing on his screen along with their picture, they weren't all assassinated but some were, he need to pick out the ones who have been assassinated to find a pattern. The names along with their pictures started flashing on the screen one by one, Shogun locked his Geass onto the agent to wait for positive responses. By the end of the session, over 93 names have been added, and 42 sleeper agents have been found. Shogun was exhausted by the end of it. He kept awake long enough to compose a list of potential targets and agents, he called his guards and said,
"Here is a list of potential targets and agents, contact the intelligence agency and give it to them," after he left he then uploaded the list to ESSCPA Intelligence. He then personally oversaw the prisoner locked up in maximum security cell, with one 20 meter thick blast door 200 feet underground.

The fighter lowered itself and discovered the ship, and with their scanners scanned the ground, anything Black Holian will be followed. A bleeping started, and the steps followed into the palace, so they sent some Spider Stalkers with camouflage on to investigate, as they went into the front.

"Red Alert! All pilots to their Mobile Suits,"

They party was ruined, the guardsmen scrambled to their Mobile Suits, including Shogun. They jumped into their Mobile Suits and found the spider walkers on their sensors, they destroyed them completely,

"Sire, the Black Hole Empire probably have infiltrators on Earth right now," the guards reported to Yorimoto, the prince said calmly,
"Alert the Imperial Vichi Defense Forces, and the United Earth Alliance, we are in a full-scale war as of now,"

"What do you mean they're dead?" yelled a figure on a screen.

"Humans killed them." responded a Qanx.

"I see, simple really. ORDER SPECIAL ARTILLERY STALKER!"

A giant mechanical 44 meter Spider Stalker was dropped off at the palace, with some Spider Stalkers as support.

"Sire, I don't think that is Black Hole technology, please hold fire" said Shogun, he scanned it with his Geass, it was Qanx. Shogun sighed and opened a channel to the Quax, "No need to follow the Black Hole agent, we captured him in our custody, we apologize for destroying the Spider Stalkers, but you should have alerted us beforehand,"

The Qanx figurehead responded to the channel, "Well, give him to us, he is our prisoner."

"full power to upper shields, I don't want us getting ambushed by a ship in orbit"-Zero

"Aye aye sir, top shields to full deploy singularity cannons mkII"

OOC: *The MKII was a recently developed and deployed singularity cannon. Compared to it's younger brother the cannon itself was nearly a hundred meters longer and much more deadly and accurate, upgrades to the magneto drive system enabled the gravitational singularity's to be fired at a 40% higher speed and an increase in size by 25%. They were housed in quad turrets and are being deployed on all earth cruisers and larger vessels.*

Just than a newly repaired and rearmed infinite angel dropped from cloud cover with guns deployed and slowed to a hover a thousand feet over the imperial palace.

"leave now or stay at your own peril."-Zero over loud speakers and radio

"We already got what we need from him, I just need to thoroughly scan his brain and then we will give him to you," Shogun then ordered the agent's brain to be scanned 10 times. After a few hours they finished, "You may pick the prisoner up in front of the palace," the Agent was escorted out by 20 guards and 3 Mobile Suits.

[Shogun]

"Captain Zero, we will hand over the prisoner as an act of good will, I scanned his brain 10 times, with time and my Geass we can extract all his memories. I will work on that, I would need a few engineers and scientists to assist me, I can't work around the clock, I am only 16"

And with that two medium sized cargo transports descended from the hangars of the infinite angel and landed on the surface near the imperial palace with a dozen engineers and scientists.

Shogun then jumped off his Mobile Suit to greet the scientists,

"I am Captain Shogun Yamato commander of the Amaterasu battlegroup of ESSCPA Special Operations Special Response Team, we will be analyzing an enemy agent's brain to extract his memory, have any of you done this before?"

"We have some experiance with interrogation but our skills lie in codes and cryptology, if you need a code broken, we will do it faster than anyone else"-scientist
