"Sir, Captain Skullkid has escaped," Shogun was honestly very surprised, he was shocked, but luckily he took preemptive measures that he never expected to use, he chuckled and said,
"Remember the medicine I gave him?" Shogun said grinning
His crew was confused at first then laughed,
"You used nanobeacons!"
"Correct," nanobeacons will make the search easier it is a special tracking technology created by ESSCPA Special Operations Research and Development, but they haven't perfected it yet, they can know what planet he is on or what sector of space he is in, but they need to be at close proximity of 10 meters to get the specific location, but it is better then nothing. It is in his body, so no matter what he does he can't disguise himself as another, it will be like a name tag, branding him.
He then recomposed himself, and sent a message to General Nelson,
"Sir! I have to report that Captain Skullkid is AWOL sir!"
"Under your supervision?"
"My deepest regret sir, technically it is not my fault, I am on Captain Omega's ship and he escaped with Captain Omega's laser knife, it is not his fault either, Skullkid is insane, and it is partly my fault for giving him medicine thinking he would be grateful, I have failed you,"
"It is your responsibility Captain, you are an ESSCPA Super Soldier, he is not, but I won't press charges yet, also some people will never be grateful for anything. Well then, time to correct it, you can use whatever means, he is added to your Alpha List, Shogun capture him preferably alive but you have full authorization to shoot to kill,"

He then sent a message to the Earth Alliance Chief of State,
"Sir, there is a fugitive on the lose on Earth, he is dangerous, he is Captain Skullkid former officer of the SciFleet,"
"How did this happen?"
"He escaped with a laser knife,"
"You people cause me so much pain, if you don't catch him or if he does any damage, all members of the SciFleet will be held responsible, SciFleet will be disbanded, the officers removed of your command and all will be exiled, is that clear?!" said the Chief of State sternly
"Sir, that is unfair!" said Shogun hiding his anger
"Life is not fair, get used to it, capture Skullkid as quickly as possible without alerting the citizens, you are allowed to use whatever means you like, law enforcement and the entire United Earth Armed Forces will assist in the task, remember DO NOT ALARM THE CITIZENS,"
"Yes sir," he said with control

Thank goodness he didn't mention ESSCPA, even if he doesn't catch Skullkid, ESSCPA Special Operations won't be involved.
He then ordered,
"All troops, Captain Skullkid is now added to our Alpha List, prepare for our next mission, call the rest of our crew ( most are on vacation due to the fact that they were not on the colony when the battle started ), also tell them to gather all the ESSCPA troops that is available, this is serious,"

He then went to the bridge of the Aggressor,

"Captain Omega, we need to talk,"

"Johnson, is it ready?" said Skullkid. "Yes sir, its almost ready." "Heh Heh. Good. This should rid the galaxy of the SciFleet forever. Not sure about the ESSCPA, but the SciFleet is good enough." he said. What he was preparing was a MXA-590. A Nuke with the power of 10 black holes. "Once we drop this on Earth, the SciFleet will be to blame for not capturing me and they will be at fault. I didn't mean to escape, but I couldn't take it in there. I am claustrophobic, as you know. But now I am forced to resort to this..... I am so ashamed." he said to Johnson. "Johnson......should I turn myself in? If I do, they will execute me......but still......." he said. "Sir, it would be the wise thing to do." Skullkid thought for a moment when all of a sudden, his crewmate Alex ran into the cargo hold. "Sir, you should see this!" he shouted. Skullkid walked over to him. "What is it?" "Sir, you've been bugged." "WHAT?!" he shouted. "Sir, that medicine had some kind of tracking device in it and its in your bloodstream." he said to Skullkid. "Clever........Shogun....." he said. He looked at Earth and said "Change of plans. We aren't going to use this on Earth. We are going to use this on..........the Aggressor........" he said. "Plot a course for Omega's ship. I want to go out..........with a bang."

[Shogun]

"Captain Omega, Skullkid probably realized by now he have been bugged, its not like there is anything he can do about it, I suggest you recall all your troops, I need to know all I can about Skullkid, we need to formulate a perfect plan." said Captain Shogun.

[Skullkid]

"Sir......its ready." said Johnson. "Good." said Skullkid. "We are approaching the Aggressor." "Good. Send a transmission stating that we "surrender" and wish to turn ourselves in." he said to his crew. "Roger that sir." his pilot said. With that, they exited hyperspace and was within range of the Aggressor. Skullkid's "sinsiter" plan was about to unfold....................

"Captain Omega, don't respond, lets get preform a strategic retreat, it is not running away," he scanned Skullkid's ship with his Geass. There is something wrong, they have the MXA-590. "There is no way he will surrender without assurance from us that he won't be executed, its illogical that he will surrender at all for whatever reason at this time, I analyzed his ship with my Geass, they have a MXA-590 on board, that traitor, I also checked his aggression levels, they are abnormally high," he stared at Skullkid's ship for a little longer "he is also afraid deep down, and he is ashamed of what he is going to do," he then stared at it for another 10 seconds, "here is the details, he and his crew doesn't want to be captured due to fear of execution, he obtained a MXA-590 and is planning to take us down with him, due to the fact that we can track him to the edge of the universe with the nanobecaons I planted in him, there is no way he can get rid of it, he also want to disgrace the SciFleet for his punishment, there is no way to talk right now, when he have to bomb, he won't believe us, it will put us in harms way, I tell you he is insane, we need to gain the upper hand before we can do anything about it, we can't blow him up like this, we need to retreat and think it through, I can still track his ship with nanobeacons," he pulled a datachip out of his pocket, "I suggest this route, multiple jumps through dangerous sectors, it will be impossible to track us," he sighed and said, "He should learn the concept of honor, it is OK to do that to enemies, but not those you swore you allegiance to, and what have we done to deserve this, nothing. He shouldn't harm the innocent. However he does have a will to live, if we rehabilitate him properly he will make a fine soldier,"

"Make contact with the ship. Ask them permission to land and to talk. If they agree to my conditions, I shall hand over the device to them for their own uses. Tell them........I just want to talk." Skullkid said to his pilot. "Yes sir." his pilot said. Skullkid awaited for a response.

[Omega133]

"Here's the plan. We activate the Metal Rain guns and blast it out of the sky. If that doesn't work perhaps our shields will hold." Jack intervened: "And if they don't?" "I'll activate the Omega14. Shogun, thoughts?"

[Shogun]

He started at it again for a few seconds "The bomb can be set off by the depletion of their shield, and our shield might not hold, I am not planning on risking 1 SRT battlegroup and 3 PRT battlegroups from ESSCPA just for him, I think we should retreat for now and rethink out options, meanwhile it will be great if you can tell me all you know about Skullkid,"

[Skullkid]

"this is captain skullkid. We are requesting permission to land. We simply wish to negotiate some terms with you and omega. If you meet all or some of our needs, we shall hand over the mxa-590 and leave. No further questions asked. We simply wish to talk."

[Omega133]

"He's a crazy S.O.B. I don't now what else to say. Besides he's recless. He doesn't think things through."

"Figured as much, he needs rehabilitation.......did he have problems during his childhood? or during his training?"

[Omega133]

"Let me see.... alcohol..... nothing else comes to mind."

"An Alcoholic huh? Not much we can do there, is there anyone that know Skullkid well enough to deal with him?"

"Fine, have it your way...........ATTACK!!!" he shouted. All of a sudden, 20 Battlecruisers, 10 Frigates, and 500 fighters ripped out of hyperspace behind Skullkid's ship. "If you won't talk, then we'll just have to say something." he said. "Prepare to dock." he said to the pilot. "Yes sir." he replied. His ship approached the Aggressor while the other ships(minus the fighters) charged their weapons.

[Shogun]

"Temporary contingency plan Alpha-D2!" he shouted into his comlink, "Aye sir," Captain Shogun bought a backup hyperdrive brand new form the ESSCPA Research and Development on to the ship. All of a sudden, the ESSCPA ships and Aggressor disappeared into hyperspace, using an untraceable route and techniques. "I am sorry Captain Omega, I realize this is your ship, but safety is first,"

[Skullkid]

"Wait a minute? Who the hell are these guys behind us? Oh shit. Go into hyperspace before they shoot us! Quickly!" Skullkid yelled. With that command, they ripped into hyperspace back to Earth.

[Omega133]

"Shogun to the bridge, NOW!"

[Shogun]

"Sir! Captain Shogun Yamato reporting for duty sir!"

[Omega133]

"Captain Shogun, I like to be informed. I had a plan that could have captured Skullkid, but now that's ruined. I am not angry, I realize you were only thinking about safety, but you are not on the Amaterasu. This is the Aggressor, we communicate to maximize efficiency. You will consult me before acting, is that clear?"
