Captain Omega arrived in the brig to see Skullkid behind the lasercell. "Do you know why you are in here?"

[Skullkid]

"No, I don't know why I'm here. Care to tell me why?"

[Omega133]

"You disobeyed SciFleet regulation. You reclessly Captained your ship leading to it's destruction. Not only that but it is common knowledge that a Captain is the last to flee his ship. Your men should be placed above your own life. You will remain here till your tribunal. You have until then to prepare a defense."

[Skullkid]

"This is madness! I have done no wrong to my men or my life! You are mad sir!"

[Omega133]

"No, I am a gentleman and an officer. The fact that you would run to the escape pods while your men are still aboard is plain wrong. And those ships cost money. Do you know what time and resources it takes to build a ship that big? I tell you what, if you let each of your men take a slug at your stomach, than I shall let you out."

[Skullkid]

"Fine I accept your offer."

[Omega133]

Omega watches as each member of Skullkid's crew hits him above the belt.

OUT OF GAME: It might take a while for the punching to end cuz I have 1500 men on my ship. Remember that it was a Class 4 Battle Cruiser.

"Sir, incoming unknown message." "Patch it through." Omega listened to the gibberish but heard the word "emster" the loudest. "Could it be? Could it be Admiral The Flemster?" "I hope so sir, he's been MIA for months now." "Let us hope he returns and takes command of this fleet. I'm tired of dealing with these rookies."

OUT OF GAME: Youv'e returned!

[Shogun]

"Captain, we won the battle, they declared unconditional surrender,"

Shogun exhaled and smiled,

"Finally, order them to disarm and turn off their shields immediately, fire our ion cannons on those that disobey,"

Shogun is still suspicious of them due to the previous battle

"Aye sir!"

"All their ships complied sir!"

"Good, another victory for us,"

Shogun then got to the grim business,

"Report all ESSCPA casualties!"

"Sir, 36 Mobile Suits damaged, 7 is out of action, 30 pilots have minor to moderate injuries, no one seriously harmed or dead,"

"Thank god, we have to keep up with out clean record, we can't let it tainted by the blood of out comrades,"

"Yes sir,"

He then sent a message back to ESSCPA headquarters,

"Sir, we won another battle, zero dead or seriously wounded,"

"Good work, but don't think you are invincible one day you WILL take casualties its the nature of war, we just hope it is later then sooner,"

"Yes sir, I want to recognize the efforts of the SciFleet, 11th Joint Vichi-Xentuari Expeditionary Fleet, and especially our own troops, the Berserk battlegroup, the Zero battlegroup, the Britannia battlegroup, the Frontier battle group and of course my crew who took the time off their leave to coordinate the battle in the mess hall of the Aggressor and Captain Omega who kindly let us use his mess hall and did a splendid job,"

"Captain, you did well commanding the fleet and coordinating the battle in the absence of a superior officer, I will see to it that you get recognized for this,"

"Thank you sir,"

He sat back in his chair and relaxed, he then went to the kitchen to grab a bite, he hope Captain Omega won't mind him eating his food.

"Sir, and incoming transmission from Admiral Sicily of the 11th Joint Vichi-Xenturai Expeditionary Fleet,"

"Patch it through,"

He then quickly swallowed his food and set it out of sight, common courtesy.

"Captain, you did a splendid job in coordinating the attacks,"

"Thank you sir,"

"We have to be on our way soon, we got to complete our mission,"

"It was nice working with you sir,"

"Before I leave, may I have the honor to knowing your name?"

"I am Shogun Yamato sir,"

The Admiral was shocked, Yamato was the surname of the Imperial Family of Vichi whose peaceful and powerful Empire consists of East Asia, and parts of Western Europe and the Mediterranean plus numerous colonies and satellite territories. Shogun got that reaction a lot, especially from the Vichian officers and the higher-ups, he is accustomed to the reaction, he quickly replied,

"I am not a member of the Imperial Family, in fact I don't know who was my biological family and whether Yamato is my true surname,"

"I understand, my apologies for my reaction Captain,"

"Its alright sir, I get it a lot,"

He then went to see Skullkid in his jail cell,

"I hope you learned you lesson, it nearly messed up the battle plan, you could of gotten killed along with you crew, the resources went into building you ship will be wasted and you will have fallen without honor, and fallen into disgrace"

He then went to congratulate Captain Omega on the victorious battle.

Out of Game: So Flemster you are back, the more the merrier, anyways basically Captain Shogun is a 16 year-old officer from the ESSCPA ( Enhanced Super Soldier Cognitive and Physical Abilities ) Special Operations' Special Response Team and is in command of the Amaterasu battlegroup ( Amaterasu + the commando battalion + Mobile Suits ) that is commanded to serve the SciFleet unless being assigned missions and orders from the ESSCPA Special Operations Command. He also have a special ability "Geass", it gives him the power to analyze ANYTHING, for example he could know the exact specifications of a ship by locking on it ( the time depends on the size, complexity, and the distance from the object in question, but very fast normally )

He decided before he go to Omega, he will take care of some business, he like the fact that Skullkid is receiving his rightful punishment, but not from the right people nor the right way, he feels that he need to do something about it. He walked to the mess hall and typed up an order for the ESSCPA Materials Branch, he then put his seal and stamp on it and signed it, making it official, he looked at it and sighed, this won't be cheap, but they can got the funding.

He then walked to Skullkid's jail cell, and turned off the lasers, and threw to him the orders that he typed up,

"To prevent this event from happening, you are to get these equipment from our Materials Command, it is a backup hyperdrive that automatically activates when the power goes out of the ship, and set a course for Earth, that should keep you alive long enough to be useful to the fleet," he then left and turned on the lasers, before he left he turned around and threw Skullkid a bottle,

"That is a special type of medicine, rub it on your stomach, it causes intense pain for punishment for about 5 seconds but it removes the physical damage soon afterward," he looked up at the ceiling and said, "I am not expressing my sympathy nor do I understand what you did, it was reckless and stupid, and I agree with you learning a lesson, I am simply enforcing fleet regulations and discipline, and I am making sure the quality of the officers, I don't want a Captain unable to fight because of taking 1500 punches in the stomach, I want you to be useful to the fleet, I don't think it is the right way to hand out punishment either, it weakens morale, I understand what Omega did but I don't agree with the method of which the punishment is handed out, especially by your own,"

He then left without saying another word, then he went back and ordered a team of 4 commandos to come with him to the crew of Skullkid, they entered in full armor and with their rifles raised,

"So you enjoyed that didn't you?!" Shogun's voice booming, "You enjoyed slugging your superior officer didn't you?! You enjoyed hitting one of your own didn't you?!" the men were too afraid to make a sound, that's good, he want to install fear so this will be a lecture to be remembered, "He did try to save his life first, he did put you all in danger, and he should be punished, however that was not the way NOR was it HONORABLE!", he chuckled humorlessly,"So you think that was what he deserved wasn't it?! You think that will solve everything won't it?!", he then continued "Hitting your superior officer won't solve ANYTHING, we are disciplined, honorable, gentlemanly, courtly and noble warriors, we are NOT undisciplined street thugs, is that clear!", he waited for a response, they were too afraid to answer, he then decided to move his hand to the hilt of his sword and asked, "IS IT?!" he boomed, he men responded, "yes, sir," quietly, he then looked disgusted and said, "What did I just say, discipline! Say it louder and in unison!" he said, then men the responded, "SIR, YES, SIR!", "Good, punishment should NOT be handed out by one's own troops, you are to forget about EVER slugging Skullkid IS THAT CLEAR!" he shouted, "SIR, YES, SIR!", he pulled out his sword and pointed it at them, then turned the tip to Skullkid's executive officer, "You, you are at fault for not reminding your superior officer of his duty and of the risks, by the punishment you just handed out to Skullkid, you should get slugged by the crew one at a time, including a punch from Skullkid, is that right?", the executive officer was afraid and couldn't muster a response, he then put his sword back to his hilt, "However, I am not an undisciplined street thug, I am a disciplined warrior, a noble commander and a honorable gentleman, as you all should be, so therefore, you are to write a formal report about this event, I want it on my desk first thing tomorrow, you all have the responsibility of assisting in Skullkid's duties, that INCLUDES reminding him where his duties lie, and helpful advice, but you are to ALWAYS respect your superior officer, no matter what the situation may be unless he becomes a traitor of his duties and loyalty, then you have the RESPONSIBILITY to bring him to the right path or deal with him, DO YOU UNDERSTAND THE DIFFERENCE?!""SIR, YES, SIR,", he then turned of leave, "Good, I don't want to deal with this ever again, IS THAT CLEAR?!", "SIR, YES, SIR!"

He then left and exhaled, walked out of audio range and they laughed, "That was a nice performance sir," said one of the commandos laughing, Shogun slapped him in the back and said, "Thanks for making it more intimidating, it was good how you stood completely still, I didn't know if I could keep this up if I stayed in there longer, my throat is getting sore," the commandos took of their helmets and walked back to the mess hall, "I guess our psychology and command training are not wasted is it?", one of the commandos then added, "You reminded us of Sergeant Webber back there sir,", Shogun smiled and said, "Thanks, I always knew he did what was best for us," He then went to congratulate Omega on the battle.

[The Flemster]

The Flemster appeared approximately 10 feet above the hard metal decking of the bar aboard SpaceDock Earth, hovered there for a moment, then came crashing down in a heap, knocking the wind out of him.
He lay there for a second or two, trying to gather his bearings. He instantly recognised his surroundings. He was in the Irish theme bar aboard the crippled space station that orbited Earth. He even spotted the remains of the last piss-up; bottles, cans, crisp packets and congealing puke.
A smile crossed his face. He didn't bother trying to figure out what had happened. The last he knew, his ship was sucked into some kind of wormhole and he woke up on a deserted Earth, thousands of years in the past. But it wasn't his past, was it?
Fuck it.
He hopped to his feet and headed straight for the bar. Hr cracked open a warm bottle of SpaceBud and gulped it down. Then he spotted an external comms unit under the bar surface. He hit some random buttons and was relieved to see it power up. He quickly found the 'Send All' button and pressed it.
"Attention any members of the SciForums Fleet that can hear my voice. This is Space Admiral The Flemster, bsc. ssc.
I am aboard SpaceDock Earth and in need of assistance. And a ship, as it happens. I require all members of the Fleet to drop what they're doing and scoot over here for a regroup and debrief. I'll get the drinks in."
He released the button and a soft 'ping' let him know the message was broadcast. Then he remembered something else and hit the button again.
"Omega? Actually, it's your round, so hurry the fuck up!"

He found an internal computer unit and brought up the station's ship inventory. There wasn't a single ship left, apart from a garbage barge called the SSS Romford. It was unarmed, had no armour and stank like a teenager's bedroom, so he ignored it. He hoped the rest of the fleet would return soon enough... Omega, Pinwheel, Sirius and the others... he needed to know what was going on and he didn't really fancy having to read 20-odd pages of reports to do so.

Skullkid sat in his cell and rubbed the medicine that Shogun had gave him on his stomach. He was right about it. It hurt like crazy, but then the pain went away. "I can't believe I am being treated this way. It is unfair." he said to himself. "I've got to get out of here. Now." he said. He searched himself for anything that may be useful for his escape. Aha! A laser knife! Skullkid turned it on and began to dig through the wall of the cell. It may take a while because the wall is made of titanium alloy. "I've got to keep my escape attempt and plan a secret." he said. He moved the cell bed in front of the hole in the wall and would plan to dig more tomorrow. Until then, he would rest and wait until the coast was clear.

"Admiral Flemster, I have heard of you in my briefing, sir, I am Captain Shogun Yamato my ID is ZGMF-X19AZGMF-X20AOO of the SSS-1138G01 better known as the Amaterasu, I am a new officer from the ESSCPA Special Operations Forces Special Response Team Alpha, I just completed by 16 year training and I am assigned to temporary duties to the SciFleet sir, I am at your service until called upon by my superiors, it is a pleasure to meet you sir, and I presume it will be a pleasure to serve with and under you sir, however we don't drink sir it damages our liver, we never consume anything that effects our health negatively, or we will lose our edge, our regulations forbid it, we follow a very strict diet designed to maximize our performance," Shogun said when got his message from his gauntlet holo projector. He then sent another encrypted text-only message to ESSCPA Special Operations Command,

"General Nelson, this Captain Shogun Yamato ZGMF-X19AZGMF-X20AOO, Flemster is back,"

He then wondered what type of commander Flemster is......

Out of Game: You are in a starship, even if you escape you can't get anywhere, its not a normal jail. Also if you do we will have to go and capture you then demote you to cleaning washrooms, or capital sentence, because that is deserting.

Out of Game: I can't come to you, because I am in Omega's ship, my ship is in the drydock of a ESSCPA colony

After days of digging, Skullkid had finally gotten through to salvation! "Now, I have to figure out where Hangar Bay 3 is...." he said. That is where his escape was at. A cargo ship that would take him to the planet Earth. To live his days in temporary exile. So he proceeded with crawling through the 30 foot long hole and stumbled into the........laundry room? "This isn't right. I should have landed in Hallway 4." he said silently. "Oh well. More walking for me." He proceeded with walking to Hangar Bay 3. It would take him hours to figure out where it was and time was not on his side. He walked through hallways and rooms looking for a clue to where his destination was. After 2 hours of walking, he saw the door labeled "Hangar Bay 3". "Finally." he said. But then, there was a problem. Two guards with P-892 Laser Rifles. Class 3. Very dangerous. One shot would vaporize him to dust. He had to take precautions when getting past them. "Screw this." he said. He whipped out his laser knife and chucked it at the guard. It hit the guard right in the head and alerted the other guard. "What the?" the other guard said. As he turned around, Skullkid was right behind him. "Don't blink." he said. With that, he snapped the guard's neck, took his access key and opened the door to Hangar Bay 3. There the cargo ship was waiting for him. He saw other cargo ships there too. All 20 cargo ships there were all piloted by the men on his ship. He hopped into the 6th ship and yelled "DRIVE!!!" With that, the ship took off for Earth. "I know I am now considered a fugitive, but I don't care. They will chase me to the ends of the universe, but I don't care. I will live out my days of temporary exile on Earth." With that saying, he prepared for his arrival on Earth.

"Sir! Captain Skullkid has escaped on a cargo ship!" "Try to contact him! He must be out of his mind." "Sir Admiral The Flester is requesting pickup, a meeting, alcohol, and a ship." "Move in to pick him up, ready some Vodka, and prepare the 'suprise'." "Sir?" "You, know, the upgraded Galacticock. It took a while but it's ready."
