Well, the place where I got the design for our endeavour is from a video game based a generation into the future of the last star trek movie chronologically.

Well, there is a version of the defiant called the vigilant that is a newer updated design. Each ship contains 50 crewmen to operated. We could have two of these ships docked to ours, as tactical escorts when needed. They would be perfect for your troops too as atmospheric warships and transports. here's the image of it.



We could have them docked on either side of the upper hull right below the nacelles.

It would bridge the gap in firepower between the fighters and the endeavour.
